Hello, my name is Emily and I am the Head Dental Nurse here at the Devon Dentists practice. I’m passionate about making every patient feel comfortable and at ease from the moment they walk through the door. I especially enjoy helping children feel confident during their visits and supporting patients throughout their treatment journey. I look forward to welcoming you and making your experience with us as positive and reassuring as possible.
Emily's Story

After finishing college, Emily began her career working onboard international cruise ships, an experience that enabled her to travel extensively while developing strong communication skills and a deep appreciation for caring for people from all walks of life.
In 2022, Emily qualified as a Dental Nurse and quickly progressed to the role of Head Nurse within the same year. She is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and creating a calm, supportive environment for everyone who visits the practice.
Emily particularly enjoys working with children, helping them feel comfortable and confident during their dental visits. Having previously worked closely alongside an orthodontist, she was inspired to further her training and, in 2023, gained her Orthodontic Nursing Certificate. She is proud to be the only qualified Orthodontic Nurse in North Devon, enabling her to provide specialist support and enhanced care to patients across the region.
Emily is dedicated to continuing her professional development and ensuring every patient receives a positive and reassuring experience.
