Hello, my name is Karen and I am one of the Receptionists here at Devon Dentists.
I really enjoy meeting people and helping them feel welcome and comfortable from the moment they arrive at the practice.
With many years of experience in customer service and administration, I understand how important a friendly face and a reassuring approach can be.
Whether I'm helping you book an appointment, answering your questions or simply greeting you with a smile, I look forward to making your visit as pleasant and stress-free as possible
Karen's Story
Karen brings a wealth of experience to Devon Dentists, having spent over 30 years working in administrative, secretarial and office management roles, predominantly within the legal profession.
Throughout her career, Karen has held a variety of senior positions, including Personal Assistant, Head Secretary and Office Manager. These roles have given her extensive experience in communicating with clients, organising busy schedules and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of an office.

Alongside her professional career, Karen has also worked as a registered childminder, achieving an Outstanding rating from Ofsted on both inspections. This experience further developed her caring and patient nature, as well as her ability to make children and families feel comfortable and supported.

After many years in the legal sector, Karen welcomed the opportunity to bring her skills and experience into a new environment at Devon Dentists. She enjoys being part of a friendly, caring team and takes pride in helping patients feel at ease, whether they are visiting us for the first time or returning for their regular appointments.

Outside of work, Karen enjoys cooking, going for walks and spending quality time with her children and dogs.
