Roxana's Story

Dr Roxana Punga is a highly experienced dentist with over 25 years of experience in NHS and private practice. She is dedicated to providing gentle, patient-focused care and takes pride in helping patients feel relaxed, informed and confident about their treatment.

Roxana provides comprehensive general dentistry, including restorative and cosmetic treatments, periodontal care and emergency dentistry. She has a special interest in clear aligner therapy and minimally invasive techniques, using digital scanning and modern technology to help patients achieve healthy, natural-looking smiles.

After graduating from the Dental University in Bucharest in 2000 and qualifying as a Specialist in General Dentistry, Roxana ran her own private practice before moving to the UK in 2008. She has since built strong, long-standing relationships with her patients. Many value her gentle manner, attention to detail and the time she takes to explain treatment options clearly.
Roxana is committed to continuous professional development and regularly undertakes advanced training, including certification in clear aligner therapy with Straumann. She also mentors newly qualified dentists, supporting the next generation of clinicians in delivering high standards of patient care.

Roxana welcomes patients of all backgrounds and strives to create a relaxed and friendly atmosphere for adults and children alike.

Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, skiing and spending time with her family.
